Our support technicians use an online support log and knowledgebase to track and resolve any questions or support issues you may have while using or evaluating our products.

Our programmers have expertise using numerous programs including Visual Basic, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Microsoft Transaction Server, Active Server Pages, and dynamic HTML. Their experience has been gained in the development of financial, document imaging ,computer telephony, web commerce and client/server business systems. These skills are currently being used to develop many new and improved features for our products including state of the art fingerprint and telephony modules to help automate your check-ins.
